PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling alarm device for construction machinery capable of arousing the attention of a peripheral operator or the like while being interlocked with traveling operation at night and capable of preventing noise pollution to general residents. SOLUTION: The traveling alarm device for the construction machinery is composed of an alarm buzzer 10 and alarm lamps 11 installed at the rear section of a revolving super structure, a pressure sensor 12 operated by pilot pressure transmitted from traveling control levers 6 and a switching relay 13 automatically switching output circuits 13a and 13b while being interlocked with a lighting switch 8. Accordingly, since working lamps 5 are lit by the on operation of the lighting switch 8 at night while the switching relay 13 is switched to the output circuit 13b on the alarm lamp 11 sides, the pressure sensor 12 is operated and the circuits of the battery 7-the pressure sensor 12-the switching relay 13-the alarm lamp 11 are closed when the traveling control lever 6 is controlled, thus preventing the ringing of the alarm buzzer 10, then lighting the alarm lamps 11.
