PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot used for greening of a slope face and a greening method of the slope face capable of decaying a tree at an ideal timing in a grown state of the tree to grow up the tree planted on the slope in the ideal environment, produce trees on a large scale at a low cost in spite of the condition that the tree can grow in the ideal environment and adjusting a corrosive period for the tree at an ideal timing by applying treatment. SOLUTION: The pot used for greening of the slope is independently or mixedly impregnated with oil such as plant drying oil, plant semidrying oil, plant nondrying oil, sea animal oil, land animal oil, fat or the like.
