PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth removal treatment device for pipe installation by inner excavation facilitating the detaching work of an earth removal treatment hopper. SOLUTION: Guide members 14 having vertical guide grooves 13 are respectively fixed to right and left of the side of an earth removal outlet 10 of a hollow pile press-in device 7, an engaging pin 16 hooking an engaging hook 15 of the earth removal treatment hopper 11, a nonslip pin 17 inserted in a pin hole 15a formed in the engaging hook 15 and a cylinder 19 capable of inserting the nonslip pin 17 are provided to each of the guide members 14, a rolling motion prevention pin 18 of the earth removal treatment hopper 11 is projected downward of each of the guide members 14, a guide groove 15b engaged with the engaging pin 16 is so formed that the lower part thereof is widened and tapered and, at the same time, a bracket 22 forming a pin hole 22a engaged with the rolling motion prevention pin 18 is fixed to the earth removal hopper 11.
