PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: The provide a matte sheet made of a resin having good matte feeling, excellent in abrasion resistance and scratch resistance and having high moldability. SOLUTION: The matte sheet is constituted by providing projected parts comprising a curable transparent resin on one surface of a base material comprising a thermoplastic resin and the area occupying ratio of the projected parts comprising the curable transparent resin to the base material comprising the thermoplastic resin is 50-90%.
