PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer supply device capable of dispersing toner in liquid developer in a developer storing part while preventing the device from getting large, easily manufactured and having little risk that the developer is leaked out, and a wet image forming device. SOLUTION: Two channels, that is, a 1st channel 150 leading to the 2nd tank of a developer adjusting part and a 2nd channel 151 leading to a developer bottle from the halfway branching part 155 of the 1st channel again are connected to one spot of the bottom part of the developer bottle. A pump 146 generating a current in a direction being away from the developer bottle is provided at a position on the developer bottle side of the branching part of the 1st channel, and a switching valve 156 is provided at the branching part. When the developer is supplied to a developing device, the switching valve is set to a direction where the developer goes toward the 2nd tank side, and when the developer circulates, the switching valve is set to a direction where the developer goes toward the developer bottle side.
