PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a pressed film is sprung up locally by the sharp change of an air pressure during change-over, and a lamination material is pressed non-uniformly to cause the generation of wrinkles in a lamination material when the inside of the pressed film is changed over from a vacuum to a pressurized space, and the press of the lamination material is started by expanding the pressed film. SOLUTION: When the inside of the pressed film is changed over from the vacuum to the pressurized space, a process for making the inside of the pressed film communicate temporarily with the air is formed, and the pressed film is prevented from being sprung up locally by changing an air pressure stepwise.
