PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a field at a low cost without a pilot in attendance, regardless of the area of the field. SOLUTION: A rotating weight 140 and a rotating weight driving portion 150 are provided coaxially to a rotating axis of a rotor 110 through a shaft 130, and a rotating force generated in a machine body 100 is suppressed by rotating the rotating weight 140 in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the rotor 110. By attaching a searching sensor 170 to the machine body 100, the searching sensor 170 detects a target existing around the machine body 100 under the condition that the machine body 100 is stopped or slowly rotated by a rate sensor 160 and a control portion.
