PURPOSE: A pulverizer capable of pulverizing hard materials such as thermoplastic resins, ceramics or glasses is provided, thereby the various industrial wastes can be reused. CONSTITUTION: The pulverizer capable of pulverizing hard materials such as thermoplastic resins, ceramics or glasses is characterized in that two reverse-rotated rotation plates having numerous lines of pulverizing pins which are cross-combined vertically are incorporated. The pulverizer capable of pulverizing hard materials such as thermoplastic resins, ceramics or glasses comprises a hoper installed in the upper rear side of a frame; a shaft in which it is passed under the hoper, its both ends are supported by bearings, and it has a projected circular plate shaped adaptor in its center where a first rotation plate is combined; a hollow shaft which is combined with the shaft by a bearing and rotated, has belt grooves in its one side and a second rotation plate in another side where the second rotation plate is installed in the opposite side of the adaptor; a pulverizing pin in which its one side is fixed by the first and second rotation plates and its another side is combined with things present in the rotation area by a circular ring; a housing which covers the pulverizer with a space from the outer sides of the first and second rotation plates; and a discharging pipe formed from the lower part of the housing.
