PURIFICATION METHOD OF A LARGE QUANTITY OF CYCLIC ADENOSINE DIPHOSPHATE RIBOSE FROM NICORTINAMIDE ADENINE DINUCLEOTIDE

PURPOSE: A purification method of a large quantity of cyclic adenosine diphosphate ribose from nicortinamide adenine dinucleotide is provided, thereby rapidly purifying a large quantity of cyclic adenosine diphosphate ribose. CONSTITUTION: A purification method of a large quantity of cyclic adenosine diphosphate ribose from nicortinamide adenine dinucleotide comprises the steps of: (a) reacting a NAD cyclase-treated nicortinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD) mixture with 0.05 to 5 IU of phosphodiesterase for 30 minutes, and with 1 to 25 IU of alkalinephosphatase for 1 hour; and (b) subjecting the reaction product to ion exchange chromatography, wherein the ion exchange chromatography is carried out by using a column packed with anion exchange resin AG-MP1 and 1 to 10 mM TFA(trifluoroacetic acid) as an eluting agent.
