摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle a very small amount of solution. SOLUTION: A capillary 1 is moved onto a container 17 accommodating a solution 15 (1). While the inside of piping 5 is open to peripheral air pressure, the container 17 is raised, one end 1a of the capillary 1 is dipped into the solution 15, and the solution 15 is introduced into the capillary 1 by capillary phenomenon (2). After the container 17 is lowered and one end 1a of the capillary 1 is separated from the solution 15 in the container 17, the capillary 1 is moved onto a container 19 to be transported to (3). The piping 5 is connected to a pressurization mechanism, the inside of the piping 5 is pressurized and the inside of the capillary 1 is pressurized from the side of the other end 1b of the capillary 1, and the solution 15 in the capillary 1 is discharged into the container 19 (4).
