SOLUTION: A screw base end part 15, in which a tenon pin P inserted into a tenon pin receiving recessed groove 11 in a vertical standing material Y to be raised vertically is protruded from a butt end face of the vertical material Y, and a thread shank part 10b in a pulling bolt 10 inserted and vertically arranged in a pulling bolt receiving through-hole 9 in a receiving material X are screwed and fastened together via a cap nut 17 inside the pulling bolt receiving through hole 9. The pulling bolt 10 is turned from the outside of the receiving material X for fastening up the thread shank 10b and the cap nut 17. In this way, the vertical standing material Y is pulled and tightly fixed to the receiving material X integrally with each other.
