PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen thermoplastic resin composition which has good fabrication properties such as heat welding, whose molded article has a non-gloss, flexible and less-sticking surface, which has well-balanced properties such as strength, abrasion resistance and oil resistance, a wide extrusion range and a good appearance. SOLUTION: The non-halogen thermoplastic resin composition having a good heat welding property comprises (a) a polypropylene, (b) a hydrogenated block copolymer, and (c) a paraffinic process oil softener.
