PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out combination development of protective coating film components having high antiseptic force and protection and excellent in usability, and prepare a skin care preparation containing the combination of these compositions. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by incorporating phenoxyethanol and cocamidepropyl PG-dimonium chloride phosphate and/or sodium coco-PG-dimonium chloride phosphate, and preferably further a polyhydric alcohol into a skin care preparation such as a cosmetic or a skin care medicine.
