PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impregnating liquid for sheet-like cosmetics, excellent in stability with time and capable of obtaining a sheet-like cosmetic excellent in adhesiveness to the skin and the other usability when the liquid is impregnated into a sheet. SOLUTION: The liquid composition for sheet-like cosmetics comprises one kind or two or more kinds of water-soluble polymers selected from the group consisting of a tharmacodynemic ingredient, a carboxyvinyl polymer and a polysaccharide-based polymer and a polyoxyalkylenealkyl ether represented by formula (1) (wherein R is an 18-28C straight-chain or branched chain alkyl group; (m) is 2-24; (n) is 10-38). The sheet-like cosmetic is obtained by impregnating the liquid composition for sheet-like cosmetics.
