PURPOSE: A reflector-containing semiconductor device is provided to achieve uniform radiation with high density flux by improving coupling from light in forward. CONSTITUTION: A reflector-containing semiconductor device comprises the first and second electrical connection(3,4) and an InGaN type LED chip(2). The chip(2) is set on a platform(11). The outline(9) of the reflector is tapped to the dielection to a base(6) and this shapes like frustoconial.
