CONTINUOUS CULTIVATION METHOD OF IMMOBILIZED HYPHA-FORMING MICROORGANISM

PURPOSE: A continuous cultivation method of an immobilized hypha-forming microorganism is provided, thereby the productivity of extracellular secreting second metabolism from the immobilized microorganism can be dramatically improved. CONSTITUTION: The continuous cultivation method of an immobilized hypha-forming microorganism comprises the steps of: immobilizing the hypha-forming microorganism into multiporous inorganic carriers having diameter of 100 to 500 micrometer by culturing the carriers and microorganism at 20 to 30 deg. C and 0.1 to 1.5 vvm for 1 to3 hours; continuously culturing the immobilized hypha-forming microorganism under conditions of 20 to 30 deg. C, pH 4 to 7, 100 to 400 rpm, 0.1 to 1.5 vvm, and the dilution rate of 0.05 to 0.2 hr-1; and introducing the cultured medium into an immobilized cell-separating machine to separate the immobilized microorganism and the cultured medium and to recover the immobilized microorganism to a reactor.
