PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide for a beam apparatus for medical treatment and/or diagnosis which can simultaneously irradiate a plurality of lesions, and irradiate one lesion from a plurality of directions, and to provide the beam apparatus for medical treatment and/or diagnosis. SOLUTION: In a light guide 30 which guides a light beam, a light guiding part 31 is branched on the way to a plurality of light guiding parts 33 and 34 by a branching device 32, and the light beam receiving part 31b of one end of the light guiding part 31 is connected to infrared radiation equipment 10. The plurality of branched light guiding parts 33 and 34 are provided with irradiation parts 36 and 37, and irradiate lesions 40 and 41 with emitted light beams from light beam emitting parts 33b and 34b. |
