<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking device for a vehicle, which can concurrently inform an occupant not only that a vehicle is in an abnormal state but also whether the vehicle is in a locked state or in an unlocked one. SOLUTION: The locking/unlocking device for the vehicle is provided with a locking/ unlocking means 14 which enables an opening/closing body of the vehicle to be locked/ unlocked according to a prescribed operation conducted by the occupant, an operation detecting means which detects the prescribed operation conducted by the occupant, informing means 16 and 17 which offer information according to the prescribed operation conducted by the occupant, an abnormality-of-vehicle detecting means 13, and an onboard control means 20 which controls the informing means 16 and 17 on the basis of the result of detection of the prescribed operation by the operation detecting means and that of detection by the detecting means 13. The informing means 16 and 17 are constituted so as to enable the information in a plurality of informing modes. The control means 20 makes the informing modes of the informing means 16 and 17 different from one another in accordance with the presence or absence of the detection of an abnormal state of the vehicle by the detecting means 13 when the prescribed operation is detected by the operation detecting means.</p> |
