PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack container wherein determination as to whether a thermally contact-bonded state on a mouth seal is good is made constant and quantified to improve workability and reliability, thereby contributing to improvement in quality of a product, a manufacturing method of the container, and a battery device. SOLUTION: The pack container comprises a heat-fusible sheet wherein an opening end (a) after receiving contents is sealed by thermally contact- bonding. It includes a determination sheet 20 attached along a mouth sealed portion 10a for determining the thermally contact-bonded state of the sealed portion. A thermosensitive film 20a which changes in color depending on heating conditions or a pressure-sensitive film 20b which changes in color depending on pressurizing conditions is used as the determination sheet.
