PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for testing charge and discharge of a secondary battery capable of easily obtaining a result of various tests in a charge cycle and a discharge cycle as a reference when testing charge and discharge, and to provide a recording medium recording a discharge test program. SOLUTION: When the recording medium receives a start signal in the X-th charge cycle of a test battery EK, the recording medium functions as a sampling means for forming a new file in the predetermined range of a hard disk and for sampling a voltage value and a current value of the stored test battery E and the start signal and a code of the test battery E. The recording medium functions as a writing means for writing a data, if it exists, on the basis of the start signal and the code of the test battery taken as a sample. The recording medium receives the charge cycle concluding signal with the code of the test battery E, and closes a file of the file name IM for storage.
