PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for concrete structure, in which a concrete structure can be inspected up to its deep part and in which the inspection part is not limited by an obstacle such as an electrical wire or the like. SOLUTION: A pulse-shaped laser beam from a pulsed laser 1 is reflected by a mirror 7 so as to irradiate the surface of the concrete structure 8 with it. Due to its shock, elastic waves are generated on the surface of the concrete structure 8. The elastic waves are transmitted to the depth direction of the concrete structure 8. When a crack or a void exists in the concrete structure 8, a vibration is reflected in its part, and a defect echo is generated in a position before a rear echo. Since the rear echo and the defect echo vibrate the surface of the concrete structure 8, its vibration is detected by a laser Doppler vibration meter 2 via a mirror 9.
