PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor and a pressure sensor capable of being miniaturized, and having a low cost and high reliability to connection of parts. SOLUTION: This sensor is equipped with a circuit board 5 having a circuit part for amplifying an electric signal detected by a pressure detection element 2C, where an IC chip 16 is mounted, and a terminal part 12 for inputting/ outputting the electric signal from the circuit part. The circuit part and the terminal part 12 have frames 11A, 12D formed from a metal plate, and resin molds 14, 15 are provided on the metal plate. Therefore the circuit part and the terminal part 12 are electrically connected beforehand, and hereby a connection work between the circuit part and the terminal part 12 by soldering or the like is not required.
