PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life of a bearing by preventing heat from accumulating in a roller bearing and suppressing the grease deterioration as to the bearing with a resin pulley suitable to the usage for an accessory driving belt of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This bearing with a resin pulley is integrally formed with the resin pulley 13 at the outer perimeter of an outer ring of the roller bearing, a through-hole 17 having an end opened at the outer perimeter of the outer ring and the other end opened at a belt guidance face 14 is bored at the resin pulley 13, and the thermal conductivity of the air in the through-hole 17 is superior than the thermal conductivity of the resin, therefore the heat produced by the rotation of the roller bearing is conveyed via the air in the through-hole 17 and released from the belt guidance face 14 to suppress the grease deterioration and improve the bearing life.
