PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an oil free fluid machinery with a simple structure by providing no lubricating oil reservoir for oil bath in a crank chamber, in an oil free single-acting reciprocating fluid machinery. SOLUTION: All bearings such as a connecting rod 13, a main bearing 22, a piston bearing and the like are formed as grease-filled bearings, and a structure formable without dividing the large end part 4 of the connecting rod into two is adopted as this crank shaft 2. Thereby, a small and light fluid machinery operable in a perfectly clean environment while requiring no lubrication is formed, and substantial cost reduction becomes possible. In addition, the large part of the connecting rod can be easily assembled because the man-hours are reduced by half. |
