PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uneven settlement correcting method for a soft bed landing float structure capable of coping with a large uneven settlement of the water bed ground for landing of the float structure without performing the jack turning work for correction at a water bed level by utilizing a buoyancy control mechanism provided in the soft bed landing float structure to float the float structure once and to level the water bed ground surface, and thereafter, to softly land the float structure when an uneven settlement is generated in the water bed ground. SOLUTION: This soft bed landing float structure to be arranged in the water surface having a tide positional fluctuation is softly landed on the water bed ground B to avoid the vertical movement by the tide positional fluctuation and to reduce the consolidation settlement of the water bed ground. When the uneven settlement is generated in the water bed ground B, the ballast water a of the float structure is discharged to float the float structure, and a leveling device 10 is inserted under the float structure to level the water bed ground surface, and thereafter, the ballast water is poured again to softly land the float structure onto the water bed ground.
