PARTITION WALL AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall and a construction method of the partition wall having fire resistance equivalent to a partition wall formed of an ALC panel and leveling a construction period by attaching a ceiling material, before the erection of the partition wall. SOLUTION: This partition wall comprises a fire resistively covered beam 21 and provided at the ceiling; a heat insulating material 30 mounted to the lower end part of the beam; a ceiling material 27 mounted to the lower end side part of the beam through the heat insulating material; a pair of metal copings 33, 34 spaced from each other and mounted to the lower end face of the heat insulating material; a pair of metal baseboards 41, 42 spaced from each other and mounted onto a floor 40; a plurality of core panels 50 erected with the upper parts fitted into a pair of copings and with the lower parts restricted by a pair of baseboards; and a finishing panel attached to the core panels 50 across tie members fastened by fastening members while covering side connection parts between the core panels 50 from both faces of the respective core panels through stanchion members fastened to both faces of the core panels 50 by fastening members.
