PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic electrically-conductive cementing material which combines a high electrical conductivity in joints and good insulation properties between adjoining electrodes, and is sophisticated and highly reliable. SOLUTION: There is used a material for forming an anisotropic electrically- conductive cementing material which is prepared by coating an electrically- insulating adhesive sheet (2) with an electrically-conductive polymer (1).
