PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material which, even when a machine oil or the like in the coating line of a conveyer and the like adheres to the surface of a coating film of the outer surface of an automotive body which is a base material to be coated in coating the outer surface of the automotive body and the like, does not cause the cissing of the coating film around which the machine oil or the like has adhered, and a coated material obtained by coating this coating material. SOLUTION: The coating composition comprises a polyol resin, an amino resin, cellulose acetate butyrate, and a phosphoric acid based catalyst (CP) and a sulfonic acid based catalyst (CS).
