PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic developing device which can be used in common by small change from high speed to low speed with simple constitution. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a developer carrier (11) carrying developer, a doctor blade (12) regulating the thickness of the developer on the developer carrier (11), and a developer regulating plate (16) constituted of a different body from the doctor blade (12) and formed to the peak position of magnetic force on an upstream side in the rotating direction of the developer carrier (11) from the position of the doctor blade (12). |
