PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing cement from curing while admitting coagulation of cement containing water to facilitate disposition of left over ready-mixed concrete easily and at low cost. SOLUTION: This method for preventing cement from curing is characterized by throwing into the cement containing water an anti-curing agent containing an acid, or the like, capable of preventing the cement from curing while admitting coagulation of the cement. |
