PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station managing system capable of providing route information for efficiently picking up a passenger for a taxi or the like of a vacant state. SOLUTION: The mobile station managing system manages a plurality of mobile stations 1A in a base station 21A. The base station 21A has a database 31 for storing position information of a spot point of a candidate of a relay point and selective judgment information to become a judging material of whether the spot point is selected as the relay point or not, a relay point selecting means for selecting the spot point as the relay point based on the selective judgement information stored in the database 31 and predetermined selecting conditions, and a route setting means for setting the route for relaying the selected relay point by using the position information stored in the database 31 based on the predetermined setting conditions.
