PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device that can simply and inexpensively fix a structural member such as an air bag and a part thereof to an automobile component such as a vehicular seat and a door. SOLUTION: The holding device 1 for coupling a structural member such as an air bag module has a hook 2 for fixing the holding device 1 to an automobile component such as a vehicular seat and a vehicular door, and a member. The member includes a mechanism using a hole 3 and a fastener or a clip type mechanism.
