PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filling station system wherein the status of apparatus is accessed from a monitoring terminal of a remote place through a network, thereby monitoring and operating the apparatus of an oil filling station. SOLUTION: An apparatus status server 60 including a temporary storage means 61a to store apparatus status data and a certification means 61e to certify an ID code for access permission is connected between an oil filling station apparatus 10 and an oil filling station sales device 50. The server is connected from a transmitting and receiving device 70 to the network 71, while a monitoring terminal 72 is connected to the network 71. The ID code transmitted from the terminal 72 is certified by the means 61e, thereby permitting access while the terminal 72 receives the apparatus status data of the apparatus 10 or the device 50.
