PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve having excellent reliability capable of improving stability of concentricity in caulking. SOLUTION: Caulking is executed in a state that an inner peripheral surface of a curved shape of a protrusion for caulking 94 is allowed to abut on at least a part of outer peripheral surfaces of a bracket plate 12 and a valve sleeve 16. Thereby, looseness in a diameter direction to a case member 9 of the bracket plate 12 and the valve sleeve 16 is prevented (misalignment is prevented).
