PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe line in a foundation for a building in which a foundation-inserting drain pipe in the drain pipe line can be repaired and exchanged easily without breaking the foundation when the foundation-inserting drain pipe is inserted into the foundation for the building. SOLUTION: In the drain pipe line 27 in the foundation 21 for a residence 15, the foundation-inserting drain pipe 22 is inserted into the foundation 21 for the residence, drain 16 is introduced from an indoor section 23 to an outdoor section 25 by the drain pipe 22, and the drain pipe 22 inserted into a penetrating section 30 can be repaired and exchanged because the penetrating section 30 having inside diameters D1 and D2 larger than the fixed sizes B1 and B2 of the drain pipe 22 respectively and being opened and communicated to the indoor section and the outdoor section is mounted on the foundation 21.
