PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety-net mounting metallic material capable of preventing the waste of resources, capable of surely installing a metal-fitting engaging section for mounting a safety net so as to obtain sufficient strength at a proper place and capable of reducing the labor, cost or the like of material control. SOLUTION: In the safety-net mounting metallic material 1A, the metal-fitting engaging section 14 for mounting the safety net is secured to a joint metal 10 for building used for mutually joining woody structural materials 2 and 3.
