PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink vessel holder which can easily be assembled for storing the drink vessel when it is used and stably holds an inner drink vessel by grasping it like a beer mug. SOLUTION: The drink vessel holder comprises a plate shaped sheet material having heat insulating property and flexibility. This vessel is provided with a plate shaped main part 1 capable of being cylindrically wound around the inner drink vessel B for housing it, coupling means 2a, 2b extended from both ends of the main part 1 in the winding directions and capable of being crossed for cylindrically holding the plate shaped main part 1, and grips 3a, 3b formed nearer to the tip of the main part than the coupling part of the means 2a, 2b. One coupling means 2a is provided with a contracted coupling part 21a and the other coupling means 2b is provided with a coupling hole 21b for inserting the contracted coupling part 21a, thus both grips 3a, 3b are grasped so that the drink vessel B can tightly be hold.
