SOLUTION: When immersion detection by turning on a float sensor 14 continues for a predetermined time (for example, three seconds), alarms 15A, 15B, 16, 17, and 23 issue an alarm. After turning off the float sensor 14, the alarms 15A, 15B, 16, 17, and 23 continue to issue the alarm for a predetermined time (for example 60 seconds). After turning off the float sensor 14, a drainage pump 13 continues to be turned on for a predetermined time (for example, 9 minutes).
