PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper that enables sole replacement of a refill. SOLUTION: The wiper 10 comprises the long refill 11 capable of wiping a wiped surface 2a, a first vertebra 12 of a planar shape formed so as to be held while engaged with a holding portion 11a of the refill 11 and for providing the refill 11 with elasticity, a second vertebra 13 engaged with the first vertebra 12 and formed in a larger curvature than the wiped surface, a driving member 5 capable of driving the refill 11 to effect the wipe, and a connecting member 14 for connecting the driving member 5 and the first vertebra 12. The first vertebra 12 has intermittently formed claws 18 capable of holding the holding portion 11a of the refill 11. The refill 11 has groove portions 16 capable of engaging the claws 18 from one side.
