PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the period of a repairing work of a water-running part, and to reduce the cost therefor. SOLUTION: An in-pipe water discharging facility 12 is used for repairing a part A to be repaired. The facility 12 comprises two floats 14 and 15, a sealing means 16, a pressing means 18, and a temporary water passage 20. When repairing the part A, the floats 14 and 15 are positioned substantially around the part A, and float bodies 14a and 15a are sucked to a bottom surface 10a by driving the sealing means 16. The blocked water flow passes through the temporary water passage 20, and flows on the downstream side and is discharged therefrom. When the water flow is blocked and discharged, a part between the float bodies 14a and 15a becomes dry with water discharged therefrom. The part A to be repaired is in this dry condition, and can be easily repaired. When the repairing and curing of the part A are completed, the in-pipe water discharging facility 12 is moved and used for other parts to be repaired.
