PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device facilitating mounting even when a strong spring is used. SOLUTION: In this mounting device having a first support part 4 supported on a member 2 on one side among the members 2 which are arranged apart from each other in X direction of three orthogonal axes, X, Y, Z, a second support part 5 supported on the member 2 on the other side, a connection part 6 connecting the first and second support members 4, 5, and an elastic member 7 energizing both support parts 4, 5 in X direction, the first support part 4 is provided so as to turn around Y shaft axis for the connection part 6, the second support part 5 is brought into contact with the member 2 on the other side, the first support part 4 turns around Y shaft axis by moving the first support part 4 in Z direction for the member 2 on one side, and the connection part 6 is fixed between the members 2 and 2 due to an energizing force of the elastic member 7.
