PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reasonable mounting structure of a seat in order to surely mount the seat on a load-carrying platform body of a load-carrying platform of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A seat 3 is mounted on the load-carrying platform body of the load-carrying platform of a vehicle, and a first mounting part 31 which is mounted on the load-carrying platform body is provided at the seat end of the seat 3. A second mounting part 32 which is mounted on the load-carrying platform body is formed at an extended part in which a seat face 30 in the vicinity of the seat end is formed so as to go over the first mounting part 31 and extend outward from the seat.
