PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller unit for an air conditioner for a vehicle, by which the shift between an inside air circulation mode and an outside air circulation mode can be made in a simple constitution upon selecting a defroster mode. SOLUTION: There is provided a first controller 100 having an operational button and a button holder, which are free to move between different mode shift operation positions for the shifting operation between an outside air guiding mode and an inside air circulation mode, and a second controller 200 having a first operational knob and a shaft for the shifting operation between multiple modes for air-conditioning. A cable K is provided between the first controller 100 and the second controller 200, so that the mode shift operation position of the operational button and button holder are changed in response to the shift between the defroster mode and undefroster mode performed by the first operational knob and shaft in the second controller 200.
