PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an index printed mail delivery matter folded in a stepped manner wherein printing processing and perforation processing or scoring processing are applied to one long paper within a prescribed range and a home delivery enabling range of regular and irregular weights, outer dimensions, thicknesses or the like of usual mail, a postcard and a sealed letter and the processed paper is folded while providing difference in level to provide page constitution and a shifted part provided by the difference in level is utilized as an index and a peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the gaps between both surfaces of respective folded-back pages alternately repeatedly to bond the pages under pressure. SOLUTION: Printing processing and perforation processing or scoring processing are applied to one long paper within a prescribed range and home delivery enabling range of regular and irregular weights, outer dimensions, thicknesses or the like of usual mail, a postcard and a sealed letter and the processed paper is folded while providing the difference in level to provide a page sheet and the peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the gaps between both surfaces of respective folded-back pages alternately repeatedly to bond the pages under pressure and the shifted part due to the difference in level formed to each page sheet is utilized as the index. By this constitution, the content of the postcard or sealed latter can be grasped from a cover and a back cover.
