METHOD AND FACILITY FOR MANUFACTURING ORIGINAL PLATE OF PAPERMAKING TYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an original plate of a papermaking type capable of improving a quality as the original plate by enabling the quality of the plate to be made uniform as much as possible by judging whether the quality is good or not based on a basis weight and a manufacturing facility. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the original plate of the papermaking type comprises the steps of pouring a slurry 1 in a supply box 3, a placing to supply the slurry 1 from the box 3 onto a water permeable sheet 4 to form a green sheet 11, and dehydrating the sheet 11 by a dehydrating unit 5. A concentration of the slurry 1 poured in the box 3, a dehydrating amount per unit area of the sheet 11 and a water content of the sheet 11 after dehydrating are measured and obtained. The basis weight of the sheet 11 is calculated and obtained from the respective values obtained by the measuring as above.
