PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made boot making coming-off difficult of a mounting part from a mating member when a constant velocity joint is operated. SOLUTION: A mounting part 1 of a resin-made boot in a mating member 5 is formed with a band mounting groove 2, a band stopper 3 is provided to protrude in an outer end of the mounting part 1. A protrusion 4 protruded to a diametric direction inward is formed in almost the central position in the axial direction of the mounting part 1. A side surface 3b facing the bellows part side of the band stopper 3 is inclined at a prescribed angleθto the bellows part side.
