PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing capable of taking a balance of a skew moment applied to a contact part and inhibiting a skew of the roller in the case where the roller bearing is used at an inclination that a relative inclination of a rolling contact surface of the roller and a raceway surface of a counter member is 5/10,000 radian or more. SOLUTION: The roller bearing is used at an inclination that a relative inclination of any one or both of a raceway surface of a member 2 making an outer periphery surface as a raceway surface and a rolling contact surface of the roller and a raceway surface of a member 3 making an inner periphery surface as a raceway surface and the rolling contact surface of the roller is 5/10,000 radian or more. Of a contact surface pressure of the member 2 making the outer periphery surface as the raceway surface and the roller 1 and a contact surface pressure of the member 3 making the inner periphery surface as the raceway surface and the roller 1, a value M obtained by dividing a product value of the maximum contact surface pressure Pmax-Hi of the higher contact surface pressure of a raceway surface root mean square roughnessσLO of the lower contact surface pressure by a product value of the maximum contact surface pressure Pmax-LO of the lower contact surface pressure and a raceway surface root mean square roughnessσHi of the higher contact surface pressure is made to 1 or more.
