A wellhead assembly for controlling fluid flow in a subsea well has an outer casing supported at the subsea floor. A wellhead housing (20) has a casing hanger (21) supported by the wellhead housing (20) at the subsea floor. An inner casing is suspended within the wellhead housing (20) by the casing hanger (21), the inner casing forming a casing annulus with the outer casing. A spool tree (34) is fixed and sealed to the wellhead housing (20) and has a spool tree bore forming a spool tree wall. A spool tree casing annulus port (49) extends through the spool tree wall and a member (45) extends from the spool tree forming at least a portion of a fluid passageway communicating the spool tree casing annulus port (49) with the casing annulus.
