PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an operating efficiency in a microwave oven and reduce its noise by a method wherein airflow for use in performing a hood function and airflow for use in cooling an electrical component chamber are formed independently and a discharging filter is installed only at one side of an air duct. SOLUTION: The microwave oven is constituted such that an air flow applied as one performing a hood function and an air flow applied as one performing a cooling of an electrical component chamber are formed by a vent motor assembly 132, the air discharged out of the motor assembly 132 is flowed through an air duct 122 having a flow passage divided into a first duct segment 202 and a second duct segment 204, an air discharging filter 122' is installed only at a part where the air flow applied as one performing a hood function is allowed to flow, an electrical component chamber 104 is formed relatively at an upper part of a cavity 102, and an electrical component 104' or the like is arranged at a position adjacent to the bent motor assembly 132. |
