PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve hermetic holding of a plug for sealing a hole of a hermetic chamber into which a heat-sensitive gas of a temperature type expansion valve is filled. SOLUTION: A hole 15 is provided on the center of an outer wall 14 of a housing constituting the hermetic chamber, and the heat-sensitive gas is sealed in the inside of the housing. The hole 15 is sealed by the plug 16 and is fixed by a welding part 17. 34 is an anaerobic ultraviolet-curing adhesive which is filled in a recessed part 18 formed around the projection welding part 17, and cured by the irradiation of the ultraviolet. An A part of the figure showing the surface of the anaerobic ultraviolet-curing adhesive 34 is promptly cured by the irradiation of the ultraviolet, and moreover, since a B part, which shows the inside where the irradiation of the ultraviolet is hardly executed, can also surely be cured because the A part becomes anaerobic caused by the cure of the surface, and corrosion, which is likely to be generated by the adhesion of water or the gathering of water at the welding part 17, can be prevented. |
